Collective Insights
Our work on collective insights makes systemic understanding visible and usable. Together with many partners, we create tools that help actors across the agrifood systems orient, coordinate and act more effectively.
European Agrifood Systems-Map
In 2024, we started asking: Which factors influence European agrifood systems to continuously enhance their social, ecological and economic health and life-holding capacity?
Developed with Reimagined Futures, Climate Farmers, EARA, and a group of individual experts, the systems map illustrates key dynamics shaping how agrifood systems behave. Understanding these dynamics helps identify high-impact leverage points within a theory of change.
The map is free and open for anyone to use.

Living Theory of Transformation
Our living Theory of Transformation documents a collaborative, multi-year effort to make sense of systemic insights and co-create pathways toward regenerative futures.
As it develops, it will frame how deliberate, fundamental, system-wide shifts could be pursued across European agrifood systems.
The document is open for anyone to read and comment. We invite you to engage with this work – reading, commenting, and sharing with others in your network.
