Re:source is for those stewarding regeneration across Europe's agrifood systems

We host spaces where farmers, funders, researchers, entrepreneurs, business leaders, community leaders and others come together – creating conditions for connection, co-learning, collaboration and co-creation across sectors – towards a regenerative agrifood system.

What we work towards

Shared Action
Across Europe, there are many innovations, committed actors and significant capital already invested in changing the agrifood system. We believe there is immense potential to deepen the impact of these resources by spending honest time together exploring systemic intervention points and coordinating more wisely.

Deepening Connections
The European agrifood system has many extraordinary stewards of regeneration, from within businesses, at community level, in transformative funding, research, policy, and especially in farming. New possibilities arise when we come together, reconnect to our deeper sources of motivation, and develop our shared potential.

Paradigmatic Inquiry
We can only evolve a system if we shift the place our thinking and action spring from. Together with actors across the system, we spend time exploring the assumptions beneath our work and what it means to act from a regenerative worldview.

What's emerging

Over time, Re:source is becoming an ecosystem of people, projects, collaborations and shared insights. We listen for what is needed and respond with care.

At the core, we are guided by a simple question:

How do we nurture and support regeneration in the agrifood system?
